Spring seems to take for ever

Here we are about a month into Spring and the weather geeks are predicting snow. Will it never end? Where is the warmth, where is green grass? After a long winter we wait with great anticipation the coming of summer.

We have lots of tulips and other beautiful flowers blooming -- with lots of snow on them. Yes, where is our spring???
